Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group and a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Hospitality Specialist to welcome clients, executives, and staff with warmth and professionalism. You will maintain a high level of service and ensure a well-presented, orderly workspace.

Responsibilities include managing the reception desk, greeting visitors, supporting events, and guiding guests around the office and local amenities. A collaborative, guest-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Manage the reception desk and greet employees and visitors with a smile.
• Assist with creating a collaborative environment amongst team through events and personal introductions.
• Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all office space to include reception area, open work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen.
