Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group, is seeking a Community Ambassador to create a warm, professional environment as the office's main reception contact for clients, executives, and staff. You will ensure public areas are well maintained and support daily operations.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, superb communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, public-facing setting. Previous client service experience (2–3 years) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in client service, hospitality, or corporate environment.
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to Platinum Service Standard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support as the main contact for employees, visitors, and executives.
• Greet guests professionally and maintain a welcoming experience.
