Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group, seeks an Operations Experience Ambassador for Dallas on-site operations. The role emphasizes creating a warm, professional atmosphere for clients, executives, and staff, and providing floor operations support and AV assistance during meetings and at the service desk.

You will greet guests, troubleshoot basic office technology, and coordinate with the Workplace Team to ensure seamless event and meeting experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support and administrative assistance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a public environment.
• Knowledge of basic office technology and A/V equipment.
• Discreet and confidential handling of information.
• Proactive, dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized internal and external customer support with elevated hospitality.
• Assist with workplace tasks and be ready to help wherever needed.
• Support A/V needs and basic technology for meetings and service desk.
• Greet and assist employees, visitors and clients with a welcoming demeanor.
• Provide on-site welcome and assistance during scheduled shifts for in-house clients.
• Ask questions to understand tech issues and estimate next steps.
• Collaborate with Workplace Team for VIP guests requiring tech support.
• Daily office space walkthrough to ensure tech is organized and ready for meetings.
• Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, transport, and local amenities.
• Respond to inquiries and anticipate client needs with clear communication.
