Job summary

Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ seeks an on-site Front Desk/Telephone Operator to deliver courteous phone and radio service to guests and staff. You will transfer calls, take messages, log communications, and coordinate with departments to resolve guest requests.

Responsibilities include daily PBX reporting, updating arrivals, and preparing key packets for the 2nd shift, while upholding resort standards and AAA/Mobil guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior PBX experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous telephone and radio service to guests and employees.
• Answer calls, transfer to correct extension, and take messages.
• Log messages in Visual One and relay info to departments.
• Run daily PBX reports and track guest arrivals.
• Prepare key packets for the 2nd shift.
• Adhere to property standards and brand guidelines.
• Notify front desk of guest arrivals and package logs.
