Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a PBX Operator to direct and assist guests and associates with communication needs in line with Omni Standards. You will answer calls, route to appropriate personnel, and support the Front Office team in delivering exemplary guest service.

The role involves handling wake-up calls, processing guest faxes, and responding to emergency communications with professionalism and discretion in an interior hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer console.
• Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Assist all guests and associates.
• Omni Prompt Response Help Line.
• Process incoming guest faxes and notify Guest Services.
• Handle wake-up calls.
• Monitor Fire Panel and Life Safety Devices.
• Report any 911 calls to Loss Prevention, Manager on Duty, and Front Office Manager.
• Report any trouble with the Fire Panel to Loss Prevention, Engineering, Manager on Duty, and Front Office Manager.
• Perform all other duties as requested by management.
