Sandia Resort & Casino invites a PBX Operator to join our guest service team. You will route calls, assist guests, and support front desk operations using HotSOS and our property management system.

Successful candidates will have at least one year in a hotel/resort setting, a high school diploma or GED, and pass background and drug screenings. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential to deliver superior guest experiences.

Qualificações

• One year of experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Drug screening and background check are required.

Responsabilidades

• Operates a computer-based telephone system routing calls to departments.
• Handles guest issues using HotSOS software to ensure satisfaction.
• Uses the property management system to support Front Desk with charges and guest info.
• Takes messages and arranges wakeup calls; coordinates international and long-distance calls.
• Attends required departmental training and maintains punctual attendance.
