Aufgaben

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals via telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.
• Advanced level of producing room, banquet, and room rental revenue through direct solicitation, presentations, contracts, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in writing, to current and potential clients.
• Coordinate departments' participation in servicing accounts and ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Entertain clients and prepare information for meetings as appropriate.
• Communicate clearly with all hotel departments to ensure high quality service.
• Prepare correspondence, internal reports and file maintenance.
• Attend trade shows, events and industry meetings; participate in business reviews and trainings.
• Stay informed about market trends, competition, and key customers.
