Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, GA seeks a Group Sales Manager to lead solicitation of new and existing accounts, negotiate contracts, and close group business across rooms, food & beverage, and function spaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of past sales experience preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of market trends, competition, and key customers of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare information for, meet with, and entertain clients as deemed appropriate to generate new business.
• Coordinate departments to service accounts and ensure high quality service to customers.
• Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.
