Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead day-to-day operations across restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, and banquet services. You will drive guest satisfaction, implement menus and promotions, and manage labor and food costs within budgetary targets.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and compliance with safety and hospitality regulations. On-site work with career growth in luxury resort operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employment in a related position in hospitality
• Hotel experience preferred
• Knowledge of food & beverage management principles and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct day to day operations for all restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, stewarding, beverage, banquet, and purchasing operations
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience
• Market the Food and Beverage outlets and manage menus, promotions, and displays within guidelines
• Manage the department's business/marketing plan and budget and control labor and food costs
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitary regulations and company SOPs/LSOPs
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff and maintain open communication
