Job summary

Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee daily banquet operations and lead banquet staff to deliver exceptional service. You will coordinate with catering and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitable events.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a related role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage time and costs while upholding hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• 1–2 years in a related hospitality role.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HEI banquet/catering services and SOPs.
• Proficient with computer equipment and basic software.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct banquet staff including captains and servers.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, coach and evaluate staff.
• Oversee daily banquet operations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Meet clients to review event orders and changes for quality delivery.
• Process checks and payroll reporting to accounting.
• Monitor sanitation and equipment to protect assets.
• Ensure attendance and regular availability for shifts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
