Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery in Braselton, GA seeks a proactive sales professional to manage accounts and solicit new business across rooms, banquets and events. You will entertain, present, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining relationships with existing clients to exceed revenue goals in rooms, food and beverage, and event rentals.

The role requires a solid track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-departmental teams to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Hotel sales experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of market trends, competition, and key customers in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals via telephone prospecting, outside calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Produce room, banquet, and room rental revenue through direct solicitation, presentations, contracts, negotiations and closing.
• Coordinate departments’ participation in servicing accounts and communicating clear directions to hotel teams.
• Attend trade shows and industry meetings to expand accounts and opportunities.
