Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver maintenance and on-site service for Canon-supported products. The role involves travel, 24/7 shift work, weekend coverage, and opportunities for bonus pay on weekends.

You will report service trends, perform repairs, maintain Field Service Reports and company property, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure high satisfaction. A high school diploma and basic IT awareness are required, along with a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete onboarding and PDIF training.
• Must be able to travel with a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of performing shift work and on-call rotations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Help achieve branch/district metric targets.
