Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site maintenance and support for Canon-supported products, ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.

This full-time, on-site role requires travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and completion of the PDIF new-hire class; the anticipated hourly rate is $19.00–$26.31, with a transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role, requiring adherence to customer policies including vaccination where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to travel with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with proper documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer needs.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Support branch/district targets by achieving performance metrics.
