Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring compliance with customer policies.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
• Must obtain security or other clearances required by customers.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
