Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial property or facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, fire/life safety, BMS, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical.
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, fire/life safety systems, BMS, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and other building services.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and onsite teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely maintenance.
• Conduct routine property inspections and daily building tours to identify operational issues and maintain facility standards.
• Assist in developing and managing operating budgets, including reviewing maintenance proposals for cost effectiveness.
• Support sourcing and contract management activities, including bid reviews and service contract administration.
