Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of facilities services to the assigned portfolio in accordance with all policies, procedures and contract scope.
• Act as primary escalation point for the local client across the assigned region.
• Ensure vendors meet service delivery standards and manage scope changes and performance issues.
• Develop and implement programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Ensure health, safety, environment and risk management compliance across portfolio.
• Lead recruitment and supervise a professional, capable team at the site.
• Provide monthly reporting and KPI dashboards to senior management.
