Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, on-site, seeks an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead day-to-day campus facilities, manage vendors, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, optimizing building performance, and coordinating preventive maintenance while maintaining a strong focus on safety and reliability. The role requires 5+ years in facilities management, IFMA certification or commitment, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a facilities manager in a large campus or comparable facility.
• Experience managing a complex 24/7 operation with multiple trades.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership, vendors, and stakeholders.
• IFMA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Manage work order systems and prioritize maintenance requests, coordinating response times.
• Supervise vendor relationships and service contracts, monitor performance and schedules.
• Conduct facility inspections and walkthroughs to identify issues and ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and compliance with equipment service requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours issues, implementing contingency plans.
• Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Act as CM during absences and make contract decisions.
