Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience managing operating budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Chief Engineer and facility operations team.
• Establish performance expectations, goals, and development plans for direct reports.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resources to support operational requirements and client priorities.
• Oversee safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems.
• Review maintenance programs and drive improvements.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Review expenditures and service contracts.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives while preserving service quality.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance.
• Lead governance meetings and report updates to clients.
• Respond to escalated facility concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Build relationships with clients, occupants, and partners.
• Support environmental, sustainability, and energy initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture.
