Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead on-site operations for a major client in Dallas. You will coordinate a cross-functional FM team, manage vendor performance, and ensure service levels meet SLAs while supporting ESG initiatives and safety culture.

This hands-on role blends strategic planning with daily site operations, requiring strong communication, budget awareness, and a commitment to reliability and client satisfaction in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in corporate real estate services or facilities management.
• Experience managing complex, service-driven operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management and cost optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute work order management using CAFM systems and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide expert-level customer service to executive clients and stakeholders.
• Support P&L management, cost optimization, and vendor performance.
• Lead sustainability practices including energy management, waste reduction, and BMS optimization.
• Assist in emergency response coordination and business continuity planning.
• Maintain compliance documentation and regulatory reporting.
