Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support client corporate real estate goals and oversee daily operations with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

You will manage vendor relationships, leverage AI-powered CMMS for work orders, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial facilities management.
• At least 1 year of people management/supervisory experience.
• Experience using CMMS and AI-powered facility tools.
• Solid knowledge of financial principles in property management.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and inspect properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety.
• Manage work orders lifecycle using AI-powered CMMS systems.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Support annual operating budget development and monthly variance reporting.
• Conduct property tours, request proposals, and oversee maintenance per policy.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs monthly and drive corrective actions.
• Support facility soft services and ensure excellent customer service.
