Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated's JLL team in Austin, TX seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead the on-site facilities delivery for a major client. You will oversee work-order management, energy programs, safety, and day-to-day operations, while developing a high-performing FM team and maintaining executive stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in corporate real estate or facilities management, strong financial acumen, and experience with CAFM/CMMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Experience managing complex, service-driven operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of building automation, energy management and sustainability.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute work order management using CAFM systems.
• Provide executive-level customer service to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Support P&L management, cost optimization, and vendor performance.
• Lead sustainability practices including energy management and green cleaning.
• Assist in emergency response and business continuity.
• Maintain compliance documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement on-site.
