Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple sites in the Round Rock region. You will lead a team of facilities professionals, manage a $20M+ budget, and collaborate with clients to optimize reliability, safety, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive facilities management and engineering operations experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple sites or regional portfolio.
• Proven ability to develop and manage $20M+ facilities budgets and control costs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; capable of building high-performing teams.
• Proficient with CMMS software, Office tools, and facilities tech; valid driver’s license with travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the vision and strategy for FM and Operations within the client region.
• Develop and manage regional facilities budgets $20M+, with detailed financial reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sr FM, FMs, and Chief Engineers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via regular communications and reviews.
• Implement and optimize preventive maintenance programs using Corrigo; schedule work orders.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety, compliance, and operational reliability.
