Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities engineering experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, building automation systems, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to engineering and maintenance staff.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting facility equipment issues and coordinating maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily coordination of engineering operations and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance during equipment failures and abnormal operating conditions.
• Assist with assignment and prioritization of daily engineering work across shifts.
• Review preventive maintenance execution and work order quality.
• Support troubleshooting of recurring equipment issues and root-cause analysis.
