The role emphasizes strong communication, vendor management, and the ability to drive projects from kickoff to closeout in a high‑tech, regulated environment. On‑site work and cross‑regional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, tenant improvement, or industrial construction.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary vendor teams.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Procore) and standard office suites.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to job site safety and enforcing rigorous safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from setup to closeout.
• Partner with Applied Materials stakeholders to define scopes, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Create and manage detailed budgets, cost forecasts, and master schedules.
• Direct and coordinate third-party partners, including architects and general contractors.
• Implement and enforce strict Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols on all sites.
• Manage change orders, contract negotiations, and progress payments.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to leadership.
• Coordinate transition and operational readiness planning for handover.
