The ideal candidate will have hands-on facilities experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to handle occasional evening/weekend work.

Formación

• Facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices a plus.
• Ability to liaise with property management and vendors.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily walk-throughs for all floors and report facilities-related problems.
• Oversee cleaning, pest control, waste disposal, and landscape maintenance.
• Coordinate health and safety inspections and investigations.
• Support setup and breakdown of corporate events and tenant requests.
