Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our on-site team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on supporting Workplace Experience operations, coordinating maintenance, vendor services and site events, and ensuring a safe, efficient office environment.

You will manage work orders, routine inspections, and furniture moves, while maintaining strong client relationships to uphold service levels.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move furniture as needed.
• Knowledge of local health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management is advantageous.
• Understanding basic technical aspects of property systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Workplace Experience team in maintenance and operations.
• Oversee vendor services and coordinate with facilities staff and service providers.
• Execute work orders and preventive maintenance with minimal disruption and KPI-driven quality.
• Coordinate office moves, furniture reconfigurations and equipment setup.
• Support events and meetings with AV setup, staging, and temperature control.
• Maintain records and documentation for site operations and emergency plans.
