Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians in daily operations and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life safety).
• Manage CMMS work orders and maintain records and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance services and repairs.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians and facility staff.
