• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities while supporting facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and repair services and meet site KPIs.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
• Support work order management with internal staff and vendors and monitor SLA performance.
• Collaborate with account team to implement IFM best practices and innovations.
• Assist in budgeting and long-term client project planning.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and optimize supplier utilization.
