Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience in facility or property administration with demonstrated administrative capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills for creating spreadsheets and customizable reports.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to support multiple west coast portfolio locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide continuous monitoring of facilities and support budgetary requests, analysis, and cost-saving opportunities.
Manage procurement of property supplies and services, issue purchase orders, and process vendor contracts and accounts payable/receivable.
Operate the call center work order system for the west coast portfolio with accurate categorization and timely closeouts.
Receive and dispatch work requests; address issues related to building services, janitorial, food service, parking, and furnishings.
Coordinate special events, meeting reservations, and maintenance scheduling; support guests and employees on client sites.
Maintain accurate databases of contacts, contracts, vendors, emergencies, and recurring documentation for property operations.
