Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance work orders and CMMS operations for a distributed retail portfolio. You will coordinate with the Facility Management team, vendors, and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and a superior customer experience.

The role requires 3–4+ years in facilities management, strong MS Office and Excel abilities, and a focus on proactive communication.

Formación

• Minimum 3–4+ years in facilities management or CMMS/work order systems.
• Superior customer service and client experience orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong written/spoken communication.
• Excel skills and ability to customize administrative reports.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using CMMS and work orders.
• Communicate KPI/SLA requirements and manage third-party contractors and vendors for timely service delivery.
• Oversee daily work order reviews and ensure prompt follow-up with customers and technicians.
• Ensure system integrity of the Corrigo CMMS and support account team with proper configuration.
