Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or related facilities-management setting.
• Strong leadership, management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across a matrixed organization and manage technical and administrative resources.
• Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, property-management relationships, budgets, purchase orders, and customer-facing service delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; CMMS or IWMS experience.

• Coordinate facility-management requests, track work orders, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Manage service delivery, vendor coordination, and sustainability of site operations.
• Promote safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee operating budgets, procurement, and supplier performance.
• Support 24/7 site operations and cross-functional coordination with ICC and property management.
