Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in facility or property administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel for reporting
• Superior customer service and professionalism under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask independently
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Valid driver's license and ability to support multiple west coast locations
• Experience with CMMS or call center platforms; knowledge of SLAs/KPIs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide facility management support and link between occupants, vendors, and leadership
• Assist with budget analysis, cost savings, and procurement of services and contracts
• Operate and maintain work order systems and coordinate maintenance activities
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and accounts payable/receivable
• Coordinate events, reservations, and schedule maintenance
• Maintain and update database files for contacts, contracts, vendors, and emergency information
