You will manage procurements, budgets, maintenance scheduling, and call-center systems, while maintaining accurate records and supporting cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in facility or property administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous facility oversight and support budgetary requests and reporting.
• Manage procurement, purchase orders and vendor contracts.
• Operate call-center work order systems for portfolio operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, events, and space reservations across sites.
• Serve as liaison among finance, clients, and staff with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records for contracts, vendors, and emergencies.
