Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities services across multiple properties. You will manage vendor performance, lead a professional team, and ensure compliance with health, safety and contract requirements.

You will develop budgets, drive cost savings, and coordinate with WPP/clients on site moves, changes and capital projects while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years facility management experience required.
• Proficiency with budget development and cost control.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facilities services for the assigned portfolio per policies and contract scope.
• Act as primary escalation point for local client within the region.
• Ensure vendors meet service standards and manage scope changes.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Prepare and present monthly KPI reports to management.
• Support small capital projects and FF&E procurement within approved budgets.
