Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Operations Manager (M1) to lead the daily operations and maintenance of a telecommunications client facility in Dallas. You will supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure tenant comfort while keeping projects on budget and schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership, analysis of infrastructure systems, and the ability to respond quickly to operational and emergency situations to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 3rd party commercial facilities management, workplace experience services
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience supervising operating staff and managing client services

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of building systems and staff training.
• Supervise operating team and report to Facility Manager.
• Explain conditions affecting building services and tenant comfort to Facility Manager.
• Manage client services, staff development, purchasing and technical proficiency.
• Direct maintenance and service requests to ensure efficient, neat work with minimal disruption.
• Plan and manage budgets for operation and maintenance; forecast needs and improvements.
• Ensure safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials; coordinate with contractors.
