Responsibilities

• Monitor finances for the assigned campus.
• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Oversee major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct installation of shelving and other fixtures.
• Serve as point of contact for front-line clients.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks.
• Apply standard procedures to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex information clearly.
