Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of small to medium facilities.

You will supervise staff, organize training, evaluate performance, and coach the team to maximize reliability and safety. You will coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors, manage capital projects and operating budgets, perform inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiencies in line with CBRE RISE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced math for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, oversee training, evaluate performance and coach staff.
• Schedule and manage daily team activities, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare budgets, capital projects, and variance reports.
• Ensure facility inspections and compliance with regulations; improve operations.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and review quotes for parts and services.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
