Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for an on-site role in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will support the daily operations of a campus, oversee maintenance tasks, and coordinate with trades to ensure timely completion of projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong financial awareness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work within standardized procedures and contribute to CBRE’s value system and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment and precedent.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Financial monitoring for the assigned campus.
• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items.
• Point of contact for front-line clients on requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective and preventative.
• Apply general knowledge of standard procedures to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
• Maintain broad knowledge of related disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values and promote alignment with team goals.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
