Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager on-site in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The role combines advanced facilities work in regulated spaces with support to Property Managers on repairs and investment plans.

You will monitor campus finances, coordinate painting and major repairs, and liaise with trades personnel to ensure timely, compliant maintenance. A 2–5 year experience range and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of operational finance including purchase orders, budgeting and cost tracking.
• Knowledge of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment and precedent.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial monitoring for the assigned campus.
• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Coordinate major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors and windows.
• Direct installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks and more.
• Serve as main point of contact for front-line clients.
