Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of facilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs with vendors, and manage budgets and capital projects to deliver reliable, compliant operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, vendor management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on CBRE RISE values and customer relationships across buildings of varying sizes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Facility management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching and performance measurement.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Advanced math and financial calculation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, coach, and conduct evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily team activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and address unresolved issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Perform inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Oversee health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Review quotes and procurement of parts, services, and labor.
• Conduct training on maintenance, repairs and safety.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
