Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a team responsible for operations and maintenance across a portfolio of buildings. The role focuses on coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance, while leading and developing staff to deliver high-quality facility services.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance preferred.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and impact quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training, development, performance evaluations, and hiring.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
