• Schedule and manage daily activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff; manage deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections for QA and ensure compliance with regulations.
