Job summary

CBRE invites a Facilities Manager to oversee operations and maintenance for a training facility. You will lead on-site staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliant, efficient building performance in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll develop budgets, manage capital projects, and conduct coaching and performance reviews. You’ll apply CBRE’s RISE values while maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years relevant experience; driver's license required.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and improve quality, efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and curious, proactive problem solving.
• Advanced math skills for percentages and financial calculations.
• Experience in a training center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and maintenance for a training facility.
• Directly and indirectly manage on-site staff and vendor relationships.
• Provide formal supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule daily activities, set work schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and manage capital projects and budgets.
• Perform inspections and QA to meet regulations; identify improvements.
• Oversee safety procedures and vendor invoicing processes.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day facility issues.
