This full‑time, on‑site role centers on operations, event coordination, vendor relations, and ticketing while aligning with SLAs and client expectations.

The role involves site assessments, proactive relationship management, and creative problem solving to enhance employee experience and office performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, vendor management, facility management, property management, or event coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to workplace services and manage tickets from creation to resolution.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure clean, organized, and compliant office environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, meetings, and conference room setups with logistics, catering, and equipment needs.
• Oversee third‑party vendor performance, coordinate service delivery, and track invoices.
• Support budget requests, financial analysis, purchasing, and planning to meet cost and performance goals.
• Provide reception support, manage access passes, mail/courier, and on‑site emergencies coordination.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
