Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional front desk and concierge services, greet guests, manage registrations, and maintain brand standards while supporting site operations.

You will coordinate meetings, assist with events, manage communications, oversee access control, and partner with facilities to ensure a welcoming, secure, and productive workplace for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or commensurate experience in hospitality/customer service.
• 2-3 years of hospitality management or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with calendar management.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with ability to work with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical ability to spend extended periods standing and walking within the facility.
• Emergency Response Certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client employees and visitors, providing front desk and concierge services.
• Welcome guests, manage visitor registration, and execute badging processes.
• Conduct walkthroughs to ensure SLA compliance and performance metrics.
• Spend time daily welcoming employees at entrances and monitor workspace conditions.
• Build relationships with client employees through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with facilities teams and support client events and Work Order management.
• Manage conference rooms, catering, and event planning support.
• Oversee email inbox and site-wide communications.
• Maintain inventory, onboarding support, and promote site activities on social media.
• Oversee building access control systems and badge management with security protocols.
