Job summary

JLL in San Francisco seeks a Facility Ambassador to connect employees, clients, and workplace services. This full-time, on-site role handles event coordination, vendor relationships, work order management, and emergency response to ensure service excellence.

The position emphasizes hospitality, facilities management, and client service, with opportunities to impact costs and performance while collaborating with facility management, engineering, and service providers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, vendor management, facility management, property management, or event coordination.
• Proven event planning and execution skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional customer service with professional communication and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to workplace services and manage tickets in the CMMS from creation to resolution.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, meetings, and conference room setups and manage logistics, catering, and equipment.
• Manage third‑party vendors, track service delivery, validate invoices, and communicate unresolved items to stakeholders.
• Support facility management and engineering with budget requests, financial analysis, purchasing, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide reception and building access support, coordinate mail and courier services, and maintain office supplies.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor KPIs and pursue process improvements.
