• Minimum of 2–3 years in hospitality management, foodservice, workplace experience, or client-facing environments.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and employee experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead onsite point of contact for employee and guest inquiries, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and workplace service support.
• Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Welcome employees, guests, and visitors while managing orientations, inquiries, and badge processes.
• Monitor front desk, lobby, conference rooms, and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Coordinate workplace meetings, events, room bookings, and training center activities.
