Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in facility management or property management in commercial real estate or corporate facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building automation (BAS/BMS).
• Proven project management experience with budgets and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and building codes; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure building systems run efficiently.
• Lead facility improvement projects from conception to completion within budget and schedule.
• Perform regular property inspections and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Manage vendors and contractors with clear SLAs and performance reviews.
• Respond to tenant service requests and participate in on-call rotation; generate KPI reports.
