Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide essential support to site management, overseeing operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination at our Kirkland, WA location. The role focuses on maintaining service levels, safety, and efficient workplace operations.

You will work with Site/Assistant Facility Managers, manage work orders, coordinate repairs, and help maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support Site and/or Assistant Facility Managers with operations spanning maintenance, accounting, vendor oversight, and occupancy services.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain a clean, organized office environment.
• Respond to work orders promptly to ensure KPI compliance and high customer service levels.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance, minor works, and other requests with vendors.
• Coordinate information and direction to vendors and facilities staff for coordinated work with minimal disruption.
• Support safety, security initiatives and maintain site records and documentation.
