You will serve as the face of our client site, delivering exceptional experiences for colleagues and guests while reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager. Build strong rapport, identify needs, and tailor experiences that boost well-being, engagement, and productivity.

The role emphasizes high-touch service, collaboration with teams, and proactive problem solving to maintain a vibrant, welcoming site culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience with high-touch clients
• Proven track record of stellar customer support
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Acts as the eyes and ears for assigned floors/buildings to deliver a holistic workday experience
• Observes company culture and environment to identify experiential needs
• Drives positive experience outcomes through tailored events
• Recognizes colleagues' efforts and fosters positive rapport
• Develops relationships with colleagues and gathers information on needs to identify SPS services
• Captures preferences for future visits and accommodates special requests
• Supports community initiatives and event activities to build connections
• Performs quality control walkthroughs and identifies areas for improvement
• Assists in operational decisions for the best colleague and guest experience
